Self-Declaration of Accessibility

ATVO S.p.a. is committed to making its website accessible, in compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 – level AA, and in accordance with the principles of the European Accessibility Act (EAA), effective from 28 June 2025.

Scope of application

This declaration applies to the website: https://www.atvo.it/

Compliance status

The site is partially compliant with the requirements set out in Annex A of the UNI EN 301549:2018 standard (WCAG 2.1) and the requirements of Annex A DM 5 July 2005 (WCAG 2.0), due to the limitations listed below.

Numerous measures have been implemented to ensure the most inclusive experience possible:

  • Use of clear and readable language

  • Responsive and readable layout on every device

  • Adequate visual contrasts

  • Keyboard navigation enabled

  • Compatibility with major screen readers

  • Descriptive alternative texts for main images

  • Verification through automated tools and manual testing

  • Note: while aiming to also meet several AAA-level criteria, official conformity is declared at the AA level, in line with current regulations.

Non-accessible content

Some areas of the site may not yet be fully accessible.
We are constantly working to resolve these issues.

Implementation of the European Accessibility Act (EAA)

The site is designed taking into account the provisions of the European Accessibility Act, effective from 28 June 2025, in particular to ensure:

  • Interoperability with assistive technologies

  • Simplified access to content, forms, purchase pages, information and digital services

  • Accessibility to services also for users with visual, hearing, motor and cognitive disabilities

This declaration will be updated based on future technical and regulatory developments.
